SHXK has been officially authorized as the Recuperate and Research Base of Diabetes by China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine
    Due to the outstanding achievement SHXK has made in the course of applying and adding to the research of diabetes typing and complication controlling, China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine has officially authorized SHXK as the Recuperate and Research Base of Diabetes.
    China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CATCM) is known as the earliest and largest academic organization of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is a public institution directly under the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Currently it is under the ministry of President Wang Guoqiang who is also Vice Minister of Ministry of Public Health and Vice Secretary of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
    SHXK has been devoting to the research of recuperating diabetes with TCM for many years. According to the report of Xinhua News Agency on July 29, 2008, SHXK tested and verified the following record in “Yellow Emperor’s Classics” with modern technologies: “Diabetes patients with excess pulse and large pulse could be cured; those with stringy, small and hard pulse could not be cured.” After a research paper on diabetes typing and new therapy published, SHXK found a set of effective methods to recuperate diabetes with TCM and control complications.
